This bank is horrible they charge me overdraft fees which drained my account $33 dollars a pop , thanks kemba for taking my granddaughters lunch money, I will promptly close this account
Slow to answer questions and never get back to you, every time I try to call in it takes over 30 minutes which is way to long for a branch to answer a phone, horrible service would not recommend this place.
I wish if I could rate them less than zero !!! Long waiting long line !!! Only one lady works by her self the other employees they care less about there customers, I’m so glad I’ll be closing my account after this long waiting and won’t deal with them any more
All Kemba banks are very slow and non customer service friendly, i get 30 min for lunch and 20 of it got wasted sitting in the drive through waiting behind another car and still didn’t get to cash my check all kemba’s $UCK!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a huge scam. They will not answer the phone and we had a very shady dealing with a person on Craigs List and this credit union. Either the worst service ever, or a total scam.
