Worst customer service ever, my wife was in a head on collision out of state, and Kemper refused to cover her or the car, and took 2 months to even get in contact with us!
People who work there , do not know anything! Left me without courtesy car with two kids at 8pm. Because the lady on the phone said that we do not have full coverage
Rude reps, poor customer service ans communication. They are not in it for the long term, nor is customer retention a goal. Just a quick buck!! Fast, sloopy, and horrible. Stay away.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Our truck was stolen, wrecked and considered a total loss. However our claims representative drags his feet as much as possible and is unresponsive to contact. Going on 3 months without resolution at this point.

They send bills with payment due 2 weeks only, then they charge a late fee $20. It’s hard to send a payment on time because the post office delivers cheek up to 10 business days. It is not serious, the other companies give 30 days due for payment.
I hate leaving poor reviews, but it has been infuriating to work with this company on a claim over the past month. I feel like they used every dissuasion/avoidance technique to get out of paying. I will now be looking for a new insurance company. 🙁

It took them over a month to agree to pay to fix my car that was barely 2 years old even though there is video evidence of their unlicensed customer hitting my car. It’s now been two months and I am waiting for them to reimburse me for the rental car.
