Good luck getting an appointment if your child is a new patient. They do not return phone calls no matter how many voicemails you leave. You can miss their call by LITERALLY two minutes, call the number they leave right back, and no one …
Very quick and consistent with billing. Wasn’t even sure what I was paying for in the end. Bills kept coming and we got very little care. Very difficult to get a hold of when needed. Didn’t help my daughter at all. We moved on to other providers that would respond.
Kennedy Krieger is a GREAT place 4 the disabled population 2 go 2 for any services needed. I attend PT, I don’t always like 2 travel 2 get there but it sure by far is worth it.
I visited the KKI International Center for Spinal Cord Injury (ICSCI) for two weeks as an outpatient. I’ve been to many physical therapy clinics and hospitals – – this place is hands-down the best. They have a lot of very specialized …

If you’re the parent of a kid who’s struggling socially and/or in school and you can’t seem to find any answers on why, please take a minute to read this full review because I used to be that kid and this place literally changed my life. …
My son comes daily for the feeding program and everyone on his team are absolutely wonderful…especially Miss Morgan and Miss Anna. The amount of patience, support and compassion means the world to me and my son.
Fantastic hospital and doctors. Dont waste you’re time anywhere else. They are the most informed, they take their time, listen to you and follow up. They have so many therapy services too. Free parking. No wait, but even if you did, there …
If you read all of the other one-star reviews you notice a pattern: Disorganized and no follow-up. I interviewed for one of their job positions and the same thing goes on that front too. If they ghost job candidates and patients, do you really want to waste your time with these people?
It is a place for where you would want to send your kid to get the best care. As soon as you hit the door the staff is so friendly and knowledgable. I love the whole atmosphere. Also the aquarium in the lobby waiting area, will put you and your family at ease. Making this a great facility. and very clean.
Heard great things about them until we started using there services , waited over a year due to “Covid” for my baby to get in person services , mind you EVERY other rehab / therapy center has been doing in person regardless of Covid , so …
I took my 4 year old autistic son here for an assistive technology appointment. The speech pathologists we met with seemed nice and competent, and at the end they said they did think my son would benefit from a speech device. They said to …
I used their services to have my 5 year old son evaluated a couple months ago, they were supposed to get to the root of the issue and guide me with ways to help him. Here I am 3-4 months later with nothing resolved. The young lady who was …
The phone operators are horrible and rude………u can never speak to a supervisor…….and u can’t never get a hold of the intake specialist to schedule a appointment………I wish I did have referrals for them
A provider I’ve known since professional school recently told me the staff is labeling me ‘mean’ when I don’t recall much interaction with nursing (in particular) except for intake, and the the techs. This would never come from providers …
I’m gonna be as concise as possible here. I’ve been coming to KKI as a patient routinely for the last 14 years or so. As far as I can remember, the staff, docs, and nurses have been nice, and I’ve been through 3 different café “dynasties” with amazing food. Thanks, guys!
Parents and guardians please be heavily involved in your child’s care while here. After six days, I removed my son from this facility. I later read that he was given medications without my consent (that I specifically objected to) and used …
(Translated by Google) Bad service, they don’t even let one speak to explain why they are calling, they leave only one talking! 👎👎 …

I’m not sure if Dr. Ranjit Varghese is still working in the facility, if he does the facility care should be great with his contribution

They don’t answer or return phone calls. I need help for my son and no one seems to care. I’ve been trying for 2 years. Very disappointing.
