I have read previous posts and I must disagree, I was helped quickly and the operator who assisted me was very friendly and was able to answer all my question with just the one phone call.

I’d give zero stars if I could. The DOR took unauthorized funds out of my bank account without permission. They double charged me for my state taxes. Now they won’t give it back. I get better service at McDonald’s because at least they don’t steal straight out of my account.
The way they “return” calls on the callback list you’d think they were part of the prank callers that every household had back when we had landlines. Ignore the clients. Pretend they can’t hear you. There customer service behavior is appalling.
