Liars and cheats. They won’t call you back and won’t answer the phone when you try to make a payment….but don’t worry they will turn you over to collections despite their own errors and inability to answer the phone.
Absolutely horrible. And not to mention the website has been down for over a month. Iv been trying to submit payments on my 4 accounts for over a month and the website crashes everytime you try to submit a payment. On a desktop and even mobile. Now debt collectors are calling. Ridiculous.
When you try to call no one answers the phone. You sit indefinitely on hold only to be disconnected. They want you to pay online and this is the message that keeps repeating over and over. How can hospital administrators ignore their patients this way?

I agree this is a scam. I never saw this doctor that billed me. Maybe it was for the interns that stood silent beside the doctor that I did see. I suppose they get paid. I reluctantly paid after they threatened to hurt my credit.
You get charged for every doctor that walks in your room whether you agree for them to see you or not. Then you can’t get anyone to answer the phone when you try to call an pay your bill. The rooms aren’t clean I stayed 5days an it wasn’t cleaned not one day. The nurses are great. Bet everything else is lousy
Have tried every day for several days, to speak to a human. Have been placed on hold, then “techno noises” mixed in with music. So far have been unable to speak to anyone about medical billing, which appears to be wrong. I am a health insurance agent, calling for my client.
This website is awful. You put in all your billing information then when you get to the end its an empty error page. Waste of time. I have complained many times and UK does nothing to fix it. Says they will but they obviously don’t care
