  1. Office never open, customer service is non existent. Office hours are posted in the front door but you need to make appointment by leaving a note. Why bother to open. I left 3 messages but never get a call back.

  2. Rates increase each year. Emails requesting information and feedback regarding services provided remain unanswered. Not user friendly nor forthcoming regarding their relationship with the community.
