Horrible experience, I was trying to become a new patient at this office. I had appointment time of 3:00pm. I arrived at 3:02pm and they would see me. Never again….. I couldn’t even make it pass the window ……

Always takes time to explain things and wants to know if you have any questions. Always treated with a good morning or afternoon which ever it may be, knows me by name, and that makes a difference. Staff always helpful and shows concern for you
Worst experience trying to become a new patient. The receptionist rudely told me that I had to reschedule because I was 4 minutes late. One patient lost, I”ll take my business elsewhere. If they keep it up they won’t have any patients!!!!
Rosanne is very mean and rude. I kept a calm and polite demeanor with her. Nevertheless, she felt that it was appropriate to hang up the phone during my conversation. Not professional at all!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Khair for over 20 years. He is thorough, caring and extremely knowledgeable. You can’t go wrong visiting with this doctor. He is absolutely the BEST.

I called to ask how much a physical would be for someone who is self pay. I was very crisply told they don’t accept new self pay patients. This is the first time I’ve ever been told this by a doctors office. My question is why? Self pay people have to pay before even being seen by anyone. So what’s the issue?
