So far I am very unimpressed. I had to call 5 times to get my trash receptacle 3 weeks later then I was double billed. Now I can’t seem to get anyone to answer the phone or call me back about the overcharges. NOT a good way to do business.
They bought out Red River last year and so far, things have been great! They always pick up on time and I haven’t had any issues with billing, which is saying a lot for this area.
