Ridiculous. You were paid over two weeks ago to deliver fuel. It’s freezing and you choose not to deliver propane. YOU HAVE BEEN PAID. I understand that it is not “scheduled” but how does it take two weeks to get to your “non scheduled” deliveries. You should have trucks to do these deliveries. Outrageous.

This company is the worst. They let me run out of propane 3 seperate times last year! I was on automatic refill and after the 2nd time they said they would install a monitoring device so it wouldn’t happen again. Ofcourse it did and they didn’t do a thing. Kimlin had to rest our large LP tank. They were very responsive, then came back to bury the gas line. They were respectful of our property and did a great job. Kudos to Tony who did all the resetting, trenching, etc. He was professional, courteous and did a fine job. He is truly an asset to your company and the customers.
