Cannot get ahold of the office.
Annoying that you have to contact so many different offices to get one answer in regards to your account, weather it’s billing, repairs, or program packages offered.
Great place for phone service and Wi-Fi in your area.
I have had phone service with them since 1983. I cannot recall a single time that I came across a rude employee.They have always taken care of any issues I has in a friendly and professional manner.
I have never had a problem that wasn’t resolved by calling the main office. They are always helpful, and provide excellent customer service. Not to mention they provide gigabyte internet service to or rural community. Their price beats the other competitor, and so does their customer service.
Unfortunately we have no other options for our internet service. Fibre-optic service won’t reach us for several years. Our service is slow but usable. Worse is that it has continually stopped working for hours at a time. They are aware …
