Worst!!!!! Don’t use this company if you have a Restaurant in the District of Columbia. They are inefficient and always have an excuse. You will be ticketed by ABRA for excess trash. Oh! by the way, tickets are handled by the Attorneys, go figure!
kmG services a nearby neighbor. They pick up between 6:30 & 6:50 AM in violation of District law (despite repeated requests and complaints). And this morning, this is how they left the middle of our alley after spilling their pickup.
I would not recommend using this company for any reason. They cause more issues then what it’s worth. By far the most inadequate trash company I’ve worked for in all my years of Property Management.
You get what you pay for. We repeatedly have had our trash not picked up, sometimes waiting over a week at a time. What surprises me is that we have called and pointed out their missed pick ups and the continue to miss our service. I would say their pick up rate is less than 50%.
