  16. I have lived in a building with a bad history with property management, but KW has to be amongst the worst ever. Mostly due to our manager. Just found out the manager is leaving. Praise the Lord. She was cold, distant, unpleasant, unhelpful, and, in my opinion, disdainful of owners.
