Nicole is always very pleasant and goes out of her way to help customers. She has always gone above and beyond to help me with issues and concerns I have when paying my bill. Bob and Matt also are always friendly and knowledgeable.
I paid my bill(before the due date) then got a double bill a week later. You know next is a disconnect!? Your website says I haven’t paid but yet my bank does and I have a confirmation number that I paid. You seriously need to reconsider who handles your online bill pay!
We had a frozen pipe cause a water bill that was over $2,000. Even though the water did not go down the sewer they still made me pay the portion which was over $1,100 for the sewer bill. So not only did we have costly repairs to the pipes …
