Worst customer service. Had gas scheduled to be turned on today between 8am-12pm NO ONE showed up. When I call to see what happened they had an answering service during NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS who told me there wasn’t anything they could do because they were having a Christmas party.

I had my house address wrong under my account and they ended cutting off my gas… Gytfie was amazing with me over the phone. I called the company three times and nobody could help me until she answered us… she helped my mom in every step so thank you so much☺️ I hope you can have a blessed day!!
