  4. I attended to this hospital and it’s horrible , don’t recommend it at all. They make you strip all your clothes off and make you open your butt checks open . It was humiliating, they shower 1 time every 3 days and the food is horrendous. I would cry and they’d put me on time out for doing so

  5. Loved the facility its great The staff are great alson like Mohammad and vaughn and erik and ricky is my favorite. The food is good. Def would come back (hopefully not but im down)

  6. Horrible place! My daughter was jumped and they didn’t
give her her medication at all…she was there for a week! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! If zero stars were an option I would have chosen it!

  8. Most unprofessional hospital I have stayed at. Started me on new medications without telling my guardian. The groups were terrible and couldn’t have imagined worse.

  9. personally love this place they take care of you really well! Some of the staff is a bit much sometimes but you get past that, been hospitalized twice and have nothing but good things to say!

  10. If I could give a hospital negative stars this would be the one! Didn’t give a patient medication at night OR in the morning. Caused him to have a seizure and get sent to the hospital. DONT SEND YOUR KIDS/ LOVED ONES HERE. most of the staff is in training anyway. This facility is not only a joke but an embarrassment.

  11. This is the worst place ever I would not send anyone to this place I have tried to call my husband counselor for the last 4 days and I get nothing back then I call and leave messages to talk to my husband and each day they say it’s not …

  12. This is better if not same as 4 seasons hotel. Much respect for this hospital. Leshawn and Dre and the whole staff included makes the days much better for everyone in every way possible.

  13. This is the most unorganized and most unprofessional facility. From the receptionist downstairs flirting with security instead of doing her job to the patient advocate forcing the patients to share their reasonings for being there. Even one …

  14. My daughter has been there twice now. Very professional staff and the second time helped find her a residential treatment facility which is what she needed. They were always kind too her and helped out.

  15. As a family member and designated emergency contact, I was never called or spoken to regarding my loved one’s care. My family member would not take her meds. I became aware yesterday and today Mon.12/3 She is discharged with out any support …

  18. I came from 3 hours away to receive treatment for PTSD. I received none. The Dr wouldn’t listen to me. He changed my meds that didn’t need to be changed. This hospital is very disorganized and very unprofessional. The Dr was seeing patients …

  19. This place was definitely the worst hospital I’ve ever been in. I stayed here for about 9 days, and I suffered immensely the whole time until I was finally discharged. The food is so bad that it’s almost not edible, the staff discourages …

  20. This place had me really wondering about patient safety. Take the receptionist for example. This woman was pulling out the metal nose strip on face masks for patients who are upstairs. She had on no mask herself no gloves and was placing …

  21. My young adult child is there currently and honestly I fear for their safety. I cannot get anyone to answer my calls or return my messages. Day three and still not receiving their prescribed medication. No response from the patient advocate either. I am in the process of hiring a lawyer. Yes, it is that bad.

  22. Zero stars would be best reviewed for this dump. Any “patient” requires an advocate to speak for them because once you’re in they won’t treat you like a human. 4 minute phone limit times and 2 days a week visitation when they’re keeping you …

  23. I can only speak for the Adolescent unit and they treated my daughter with respect, and provided the help she needed. As a parent you would always be concerned about and inpatient behavioral facility for your Children but I can honestly say …

  28. Horrible hospital. Mhts don’t care nor do the doctors. All they care about is the money. I have only seen and interacted with 3 mhts I’ll never forget. These 3 went above any beyond their duties. They each have sat down for hours on end …

  34. I was lied to about what medicine I was given while having a panic attack on two separate occasions. (That’s just wrong on so many levels) Dr. Hirsch would prescribe medications without ever letting me get a word out. He refused to listen to when I spoke to him. He came across as rude. My therapist was awesome though.

  35. Lots of room for improvement here. My daughter was an inpatient in 2018, and doesn’t feel it did her any good at all. It’s very disorganized and no one seems to have a grip on what’s happening there. The new facility is definitely a step …
