Very poor customer service they don’t care what your problem is they just want their money. no one had to listen to what I had to say, I felt very talk down to as if I was stupid. the receptionist was VERY rude. the doctor was nice but just seamed like he didnt care…. i wont be comming back.
Spent over $1500 these past 5 months on Radiesse (2) and Restylane (1) injections for my gaunt looking face. None of the shots held up at all.
These are suppose to last 6 months to a year. Don’t believe them.
You won’t get a credit back if the shots fail.
During an office visit they do a fair job however if you ever need to call and speak to the MD, PA or MA’s for anything good luck! They are absolutely horrible at calling patients back and or getting you test results or follow up.
I see Dr. Bair. She is a great doc – very caring and supportive. She and her staff do a great job and I will always go to Lake Loveland for my dermatological needs.
