Meter reader did not latch fence gate and my dog got out, fortunately my neighbor was able to get my dog in is yard. Please knock on my door when reading meters, I get you do not care, But some of us do love are pets.
Thankful for the fast response time and service — we are always able to reach a human when we call (appreciate this immensely), and they’re at our house quickly to fix the outages we’ve had this past winter and summer due to extreme weather. The cable/internet company could learn a lot from you guys!
I pay all my bills quarterly due to my commission structure. It’s fine for everyone EXCEPT these twits. Just paid $300 in August and my power literally just got shut off for 1 months $147 on September 8th. That’s who these people are.
I have submitted twice on their website to notify them I need service activation and they have not replied to me, thier office is also closed prior to the hours posted on the site. Gotta love having a monopoly on utilities so you can provide awful service and nothing you can do about it.

They sent a service disconnection letter when I was three days late. The check was probably in their mailbox on day two.
