Not flexible and communications about service around holidays is non existent even though they say otherwise. No other choice, so you will deal with whatever they decide to do.
They regularly skipped picking up our trash, swore that they did, and called me a liar when I called to complain. Unreliable and unprofessional. Cancelling my account.

I called to complain several times about my trash not being picked up. All I got was excuses. The supervisor was yelling at me and hung up in me.
