When I try to explain that I have an orchard it’s been here for 50 years they told me to cut down my trees. I have already put rock in the front and let the back yard lawn die. Lakeside water district makes you choose between food and water. They absolutely don’t care.
I have o,my just found out that hey have been over billing me for a long time! All they do is collect the money and never refund or credit an over paymt, sometimes billing me 2 or 3x! What are they doing with all this extra money?!
Customer service is friendly but the water is very expensive and if you ask to do it in payments, they only allow it as a one-time courtesy. What I find especially insulting is the 10% late fee if you are late!!! So if your bill is $452, like ours, the late fee is $45.20. That’s crazy!!!!!

I had a main line water rupture and they responded to my emergency in less than 30 minutes and shut off my line at the water meter when I was unable to do it. Awesome work !!
Excellent customer service plus the best rates around! I had an issue with high water pressure coming in to my meter prior to the pressure regulator for my house, causing breaks in my line in the driveway. They sent out a worker who adjusted the pressure, and voila! No more problems!
