I love Dr. Lam, she has helped me numerous times. Her office is super professional and so nice and helpful. I have had nothing but great experience every time I come here.
The worst dermatologist I have ever been to. She met with me for less than 5 minutes and prescribed me with a really bad cream. She was also very rude when I was trying to ask more questions.
Charged my account without authorization even though email required a signature I’m order to take payment off my credit card. Do not do business with these quack doctors. They will take your money and completely misdiagnose your condition. …

My family went there for acne issue. The doctor did not provide any instruction for using acne gel. The doctor never mentioned how much should be applied each time. My family skin burned after using the acne gel. They charged a lot but are so unprofessional.
Staff were nice enough. Son was seen by a PA not Dr. Lam. She was also nice. The I got the bill. Charged for the office visit, and $200 for wart removal. Thats about 2 mins of freezing 4 warts. Had I known they charged $200 I would have gone to my primary care doc who charges half that.
I am so glad to come across this derm clinic! They were able to get me in quickly for a very painful wart on my foot. As a nurse I’m always on my feet and could barely walk through my shift. Ive tried many otc treatments without much …

What a joy to be treated with such dignity, kindness, respect, and professionalism. As an “older” patient, I value courtesy and every single person here was considerate and skilled in their interactions. It was for my annual skin cancer checkup, and I’m pleased to be doing business with them.
So I am using an alias, but I’m sure they’ll figure out which patient this is. I’m not going to name any names but I went there for a cyst removal from my face of all places. I never received my follow up paperwork, first and foremost. …
As a black woman with locs, I was very nervous about seeing a dermatologist regarding a scalp issue. Dr. Lam really listened to my concerns, made me feel valuable and cared for. She took her time to explain everything in detail. She didn’t …

Dr. Lam was very caring with my son who had eczema. He was clear in just a few days with the treatment she recommended.
