I would give them no stars if I could. It is acceptable that it takes a while to restore power after a bad storm. It is NOT acceptable that they provide no information on when it might be restored. I can’t even get a hold of them. No call center. No recorded message. Nothing but a busy signal.
After 4 months and several trips down to recopy my drivers license etc.. they still do not have it on file.

They don’t have enough staff to cover outages and do are not trimming trees far enough to avoid outages.
