Worst customer service of any utility company I’ve ever dealt with. If there was any other utility option, I’d highly recommend avoiding Laurens Water.
Why do we have this company? They are the worst I seen. Worst of the worst. The service i s awful. Save your self the headache don’t use them.. I thinking about moving to to get away. Gray Court made a very bad mistake .
Apparently it takes them 4 days to cash a check from TD bank. They posted 1 day after due date. Have never had a problem like this with a utility, these clowns really are the worst. My neighbors warned me that they are a horrible company, guess they were right!
Never turned my water on, called them and asked why, apperently they just didn’t do there job and forgot to put in a work order. Had account opened lunch time Friday and still have no water on on noon Monday.
They can charge whatever they want. I feel violated… very high bill change., the water bill is so high over $150, brand new house, no leaks, I regretted to move that area with Laurens water, Bad customer services
I regret they was chosen to manage our town water system. They dug a huge hole in my driveway that allowed mud enter the line, now i don’t have water pressure! They also cut my phone line digging too deep. No phone service for 2 days. Worst water company ever!
These people do not even deserve half of a star! We just recently moved here from Simpsonville and they shut our water off with no warning. Mind you, we haven’t been living in this house for a week. We sent in the paper work, and whoever …

Will you please give a legit explanation to customers as to why our water bills are consistently 1.5x – 2x the average rate? Also, customer feedback?? Little bit of PR goes a long way.

The lady I spoke with today told me to basically go read the meter myself when I asked her to send someone out to reread my meter bc I know my water bill ain’t as high as they say it is. Worst company ever. I will move just so I don’t have to pay them .

Fee policy changes during a pandemic? Absolutely disgusting. I’ve never had problems until now and we’ve been with them for over 20 years.
