My only complaint is the front desk, but isn’t this the case at all doctor’s offices? I don’t know why, but I try really hard to be super sweet & kind to them. My doctor, the nurses, and the lab techs are all amazing. I have never had issues using the portal and find that this helps to avoid bothering the front desk.
