Staff usually friendly and helpful, but there were TWO mistakes made on a loan through them. It was basically disregarded as if it was nothing, but it happened again! Not only is this a BIG mistake, but it effects the customers credit… highly NOT recommended.
Very nice people overall very good the only drawback I feel is that if someone writes you a personal check and they cash it, if they end up not having the funds they dock you…which Idk if it is the practice but I was never told or else I would have never done it…. Needless to say it screwed my acct ROYALLY

These loan officers need to start treating current members better when coming up with interest rates, there should be no reason why I can go to another bank that I have no association with and get a better interest rate for any loan I need. This has always been a problem for me with lfcu and I have good credit !
