Lebanon Valley Mall Reviews ( 250 )

  1. It is a dying institution these malls. With all this one is lacking (a second anchor tenant) they try hard. It’s okay to go spend a little time and a little money.

  2. Boscovs is located at this mall nut it is the only big box store in this mall. Other stores are Victoria’s Secret, Gnc Fitness, Hobby Lobby, a discount store Price Rite, and a movie theater.

  3. This is a dying establishment, stores/kiosks come and go. The stores themselves are okay in general, I suppose if you prefer browsing a physical store this is still the option for you.

  4. Hardly should be called a mall. Most stores, and there are very few of them, are for females or sports enthusiasts. Nothing to see here. Go to Park City in Lancaster instead.

  5. I thought the mall was a great place to go shopping because it offered such a wide variety of products. Even though some places in the mall may be expensive, the products are great.

  6. Once you enter the mall you will begin to wonder if you’re vehicle is in fact a time machine the mall is far from delight it will in fact melt footlocker is lacking

  7. We need to support our local stores.
The mallnhas lost some businesses; however, there are still plenty of stores with good merchandise and great service.

  8. I’m from a big city and Idk why they call this mall a mall. It should be called shopping center. Boscovs N Vickys n footlocker if u need clothes you have to go to Berkshire mall or park city.

  9. Absolutely the saddest excuse for a mall I have ever seen. The only store I like in the whole mall is boscovs. Most of the stores are sitting empty, take the 45 minute drive to park city mall.

  10. Not many good stores here anymore, they need to add more to attract more people. But the pizza place is very reasonably priced and delicious.

  11. It’s never too packed and a nice shopping mall, but they could definitely get some better stores, only a few places to shop for clothes and shoes

  12. How this mighty Lebanon Mall has fallen. Once a proud tax shelter full of shopps has been reduced to a scary ghost town of empty stores and desperate people wanting you to buy something; thanks a lot Amazon!

  13. We have to be in the way of the panko today I can get the money from dhruvs to get a he was busy with the way you want you have any idea what time you’ll do we want e khabar ne puchi le thi lai jajo have a few things and then I have the way …

  14. I like this place but it needs more variety of stores. I only come to go to , price right and gamestop and now they don’t even have a fye. And literally lost half the stored

  15. Several years ago when Al Boscov personally invested millions of dollars into the Lebanon Valley Mall which was on the verge of bankruptcy completely. This singular injection of from Boscov’s personal Fortunen was no doubt a blessing. …

  16. Liked it at first “BUT” I have been waiting on a phone cover for over 6 weeks which was my choice for my $25 in store credit for my purchase. They also have false info about deposit returns. They will tell you you get the return in 4 weeks …

  17. Not many options of stores to choose from, they do not have a food court like most malls ( subway, DQ, a pizza shop and auntie annes pretzels). It is convient if you need something from a store the mall has otherwise you will be driving to Lancaster, Harrisburg or Reading to go to there malls.

  18. Basic Mall not much to see. All the big stores are gone except Boscovs. Just a sign of the times I guess. They have one pizzeria and one auntie Anne’s.

  19. I love this theater. Only one I go to. Price of popcorn is getting out of hand so much I don’t buy it anymore. But other than that I cant recommend this place enough.

  20. I love the pizza shop & subway. I go to the mall mostly for Boscovs. Its clean every time I’m there. Just sad how its not as busy throughout the year like it used to be.

  21. They have more stores than the the Harrisburg mall, however if you dont know the area its a little hard to find. At the time of writing this there was a lot of construction in lebanon so its best to leave early. There have been a couple of …

  22. This is not a mall. They have 1 main anchor store (Unless you’re a local, nobody knows what the hell a Boscovs even is) which has been there since the 80s. The entire mall is 1 floor and consists of a single hallway of mediocre shops that …

  23. Great place to do a little shopping and grab a bite too eat. Also State Representative Russ Diamonds office is located in the mall, when You need help with many issues and or You’d like to pass an idea on to Him or His staff.

  24. VERY small and limited BUT… has Boscov’s, Footlocker, Gamestop, Hobby Lobby and a great pizza place – basically everything you need covered… Good for a trip to just hang out 🙂

  25. Like many malls, not a lot of stores. They have Boscovs, and some national specialty stores, a few hair salons and places to eat. Gym, groceries, movie theater and escape room accessible from outside.

  26. For such a small mall, it has most of what I want in a large mall. Nice movie theater with stadium seating, a large department store, several other shoe & clothing stores, sporting goods stores & a few decent food choices.

  27. So on the front door I’m greeted with a sign that let’s me know what they think of my second amendment rights. Then I step into the the theater and I’m greeted with another sign to let me know they intend to violate my 4th amendment rights. So I have to ask how is business?

  28. They’re planning on turning it into a strip mall in a few years – which they should have done a long time ago considering the amount of traffic they don’t get year-round. Service can be mediocre at most shops and a lot of the stores they do …

  29. LVM is unfortunately going the way of many indoor malls, that is scant number of stores. Kind of a ghost town. Thank goodness for the Boscov’s. Not much else elsewise. FYE recently closed which was a major positive, now negative. Mall bathrooms kind of dirty and forgotten.

  30. Complete ghost town and it’s really a shadow of what it used to be. There really is no saving grace for this mall. Save yourself the effort and go the further distance to a bigger and better mall, like Park City.

  31. The Verizon store in the mall here screwed me and my mom over so bad. They literally manipulated us into believing that if I upgraded my phone I wouldn’t have to pay anything because of some imaginary discount of $20 per month that I never …

  32. The anchors are Boscovs, Hobby Lobby and Regal Cinemas. Despite the effects of online shopping, this mall is mostly filled. It also has an excellent pizzeria restaurant called Mancinos. It is clean, safe and had ample parking and accessibility.

  33. It’s okay, I really like to go there to look around but if you’re looking for an outing for the day I don’t think this would be the place to go only because, there’s not that many stores anymore they close this Claire’s store, and the only …

  34. Most of the shops here are closing but the ones that still stand aren’t bad. They recently renovated the bathrooms but there’s so many things with the mall that are going down hill and stores going out of business

  35. Unfortunately the internet has almost taken this mall. It is probably considered a “dying” Mall. I honestly didn’t even know it existed until I was trying to find a Sprint store, which is currently closed due to covid. Otherwise it is small, rundown, and probably slowly on their way out.

  36. The mall is slowly losing stores. It’s a shame because this used to be a great place to spend a few hours. There is nothing of interest beyond a few food options, game stop, and the movies.

  37. Needs alot more stores and food vendors, this mall is being run into the ground with the poor management skills here. Loseing stores left and right. Floors are filthy. Just not a great experiance. I’m surprised this mall can even hang on with how dead and very limited this mall truly is.

  38. It’s good to see the Lebanon Valley Mall is still open, they still have a good assortment of stores. It’s a fun place to visit. Boscov’s is a great place for clothes…

  39. I’m ranking this 4 stars mainly for nostalgia factor. I grew up on this mall. Sure it’s overpriced and you can probably just shop on Amazon, but where else can you meet girls of questionable morals from Jonestown? Maybe the good old days weren’t so good.

  40. This may be a “ghost mall” but for a ghost mall it was a good experience. They may only have a few stores here, but they were all clean and well stocked.
Not really any food options here though, so look somewhere else for a food court.

  41. I love the Hobby Lobby store there! They have just about any craft item you need there. Very nice place and the clerk’s are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this store to anybody.

  42. Sadly since retail stores in general are dying, smaller malls like this are suffering. Hiring a drunk architect to design changes to the mall doesn’t help. (Architect must have been drunk because no one sober would have come up with the recent changes.)

  43. All the great stores are closing/ closed do to higher rent and increased rent on holidays their are no stores for pepole under age 30 except game stop and the sports stores/shoe stores and the movie theatre. They have no food court at all …

  44. It’s alright. There aren’t a whole lot of stores in it, but it is decently clean and has a few good stores in it. It’s also right next to a nice hobby lobby, so you can go there too. I just have one issue, and it’s this monstrosity in the photo. Who did you pay for that. I need answers. Why does this exist.

  45. Nice but kind of sad there is really nothing in there? When did malls start failing? I feel old now because that use to be the “thing” and the place to hang out.

  46. What do you expect from a small mall? King of Prussia quality service. No… you get your large time stores and small business that will invest in the space offered. It’s a small mall with out of date shops and segmentation in spots that …

  47. A good example of the decline in brick and mortar shopping. Lots of empty storefronts. Has the basic stores you would expect to find. The pizza shop has the best pizza on town. Cinema, grocery, and gym attached. Could be worse, could be better. No fault of LVM, just a sign of the times.

  48. Not much going on here for a Mall. Well I have down graded this so called mall. The place is pretty much empty don’t even bother going. As of last week 1 more store left so don’t even bother. So what that that cheap clothing store call …

  49. The place is dying. There are very few locations of interest left in the mall. I went in, anticipating visiting FYE and Dairy Queen. They both have been removed. Downtown Lebanon is a far superior place for teens and young adults to spend their time and money, and the Mall should be put out of its misery.

  50. Not as popular as it once was. A lot of stores are closed now. Still has a movie theater, boscov’s, pizza place, pretzels, 3 shoe stores and a Verizon, Sprint and At&t stores. 2 haircut places, a sports store, dance studio and martial arts center. Few other stores as well. Nice place to visit in Lebanon area.

  51. If a zombie apocalypse should happen then this mall will be perfect to hide out in. The place is so dead you could easily kill off the 4 or 7 zombies roaming around in there. How does this place even stay open? is it government funded? is it MIND CONTROL?? (Jesse ventura voice )

  52. Very community involved business. Mancini’s pizza place is amazing. Best pizza around. Is a little dated and losing some very good stores. But still good shopping here.

  53. It’s slowly becoming a place to go to exercise, and eat… because the stores are disappearing. GNC, got lucky (their store wasn’t one of the ones closed in the mass close-up.) GameStop vanished, Victoria’s Secret has been closed …

  54. If you can actually call it a mall compared to it’s Glory days nothing left here like so many malls in this area. Some of us still like to go “tire kicking” at this time instead of sitting at home on our lazy behinds doing it all on the …

  55. Rudest cashier ever!!! My mother returned a dress. She needed bigger size. Cashier days sternly, “the bigger sizes” are on the other side!!!!! Discriminating, rude witch!!! Learn people manners!!!!

  56. I would say that Lebanon Valley Mall is becoming devoid of character and shop selection. Most shops are either clothes or shoes, but nothing that really catches the eye. The best place to browse something a little unique would be the ‘as seen on Tv’ section in the conjoined Boscovs.

  57. The mall is always clean and there is an ample amount of mall security for the amount of customers there.
However, there really are no stores in this mall anymore. Boscov’s is the only place to buy clothing.

  58. Poor ole mall… Hard to consider this a mall by today’s standards. One anchor, Boscovs, is a gem. All the others stores you can do without. Needs a few nice restaurants and some upscale tenants. A general update would go a long way as well.

  59. The kids play space is great for the little ones, and it’s nice to see Boscov’s hanging on and most of the storefronts filled in. It’s dumb that the Hobby Lobby and the fitness center don’t connect to the mall itself, and more food options would be nice.

  60. I love shopping here it’s not quite as large as some of the other malls in PA but that doesn’t mean they have any less opportunity to shop, the employees of this mall seem much friendlier than most of the other larger malls. Maybe it’s the …

  61. I didn’t have any bad experience… This place just doesn’t have anything her anymore. I only go for Boscov’s & Bath n Body works, also once or twice a year for shoes that’s it. If you like one of the few stores they still have this would be a great place to visit them because they are never crowded or busy so that’s one plus.

  62. There really is nothing here anymore, aside from Boscov’s. The death of this mall isn’t because of online shopping, but rather the high rent prices, which is understandable: why would any store want to pay so much for so little traffic? …

  63. It’s a mall. It’s not large, it’s not popular, it has the basics: clothes, shoes, fragrance, decor, sports, games, cell phones, jewelery, and some food + it’s anchored by a large department store. …

  64. As a child I remember going to this mall was a fun experience. Plenty of stores, rides and amenities for kids, and a clean environment. Alot has changed there are very few shops some not accessible through the mall itself. Hobby lobby you …

  65. More and more stores are gone. I don’t think they have the foot traffic they needed to justify the high rent. Two stores I wanted to shop are no longer in the mall, there’s no sign to say where they went. Saw a movie, enjoyed it very much but it wasn’t even close to full on a Friday

  66. What a shame for this mall and shopping malls in general. Over 50% vacant. What was once a thriving, enjoyable concept has become a dinosaur poised for extinction. Yet another thing lost to the “good old days”. So sad.

  67. The place is dying I was expecting you FYE or like a Dairy Queen but they removed it a lot of stores are being removed and they aren’t bringing any new ones in, I grew up around the mall I really hope that they add more shops and I hope …

  68. Stopped at Hobby Lobby to restock needed supply of colored thread for ongoing project. Also, purchased additional items relating to sewing, crafting, and garment care. Discounts were offered this week on all of these, ranging from 40 to 50 %.

  69. Used to be a thriving mall with shops for everyone, but over the years most of the shops have been removed. Not really worth the trip for now unless you’re close by or know for a fact that the stores you are looking for are there.

  70. Mall needs to have more stores but it does have your shoes and clothes department as well as food and desert. Also can enjoy a movie after you shop. They have bathroom available not the best clean bathroom but decent to use. There is wheelchair access into the building.

  71. The mall really isn’t bad, but stores are leaving. It’s a shame for the people of Lebanon.*** Updated from 3 down to 2 stars***. Too many stores leaving and I don’t know why.

  72. Stores are closing faster than I can blink. This was happening before the pandemic. The mall doesn’t have as many customers. Something should be done to revive the essence of this place.

  73. Its alright… there needs to be a better variety of stores in there! There arent really any stores that appeal to a younger generation. Need to get a Spencer’s, hot topic, or a Van’s store! Something like those would be great to have in there. The new pretzel place in there is really good though! Delicious pretzels!!

  74. Has a nice theater and a rec club of Planet Fitness but has been declining for years as with a lot of American malls. Still has some good stores and with the lack of foot traffic is a good place to shop to avoid lines

  75. Hours are poor.I joined back when they where open 24 hours which is great for people with different work schedules. Would join again if hours change

  76. It is NOT handicapped friendly. The cutouts for wheelchairs is more than 1″ higher than the road. Almost went headfirst onto the sidewalk. The door openers for the handicapped do NOT work. It’ll be a cold day in Hades before l go there again. Stores are deserting the mall left & right.

  77. I Absolutely Loved the employees @ Bath and Body!! They NEVER asked me to wear a mask, as the Chinese man did in the clothing store across from them. When he did I put all my clothes down, and walked out and over to Bed and Bath to spend A …

  78. I went to the Hobby Lobby store there. I always end up spending more than I want to. They have a good selection of card making items. They usually have some sort of sale going on. I really enjoy when I get the chance to go there.

  79. It’s been a while since I was last here. My main reason was to visit a friend who does a Zumba class! She is amazing! Nicole F. aka: Be FIT with Sarah and Nikki @ Danstation. Lots of open spaces available. Hope they find interested …

  80. An updated review:
The Lebanon Valley Mall was once a fun, interesting place to hang out and shop with friends. It was a place of commerce and a staple of the Lebanon area. Now, …

  81. Empty. One place to eat. Of course Boscovs my favorite store. Bath and Body ok. The pizza shop was a ok. I did not visit the few stores left. Very few people at all in the mall itself
Said this was a lovely mall at one time.

  82. Nothing in the mall really. But maybe 3 stores and also a movie theater which is a plus but it is very dirty and quite in this mall only thing good honestly about this mall is the boscovs.

  83. Not enough stores that I enjoy to make me want to visit there often. Sadly, the only reasons I go are if the Easter bunny or Santa clause are there, I am in the mood for Mancinos, or I need to go to Boscovs. Otherwise, I would rather drive to Harrisburg, Park city, or Reading.

  84. Not too many stores I like here anymore, but I still go to shop at bath and body works. Im honestly not even sure what stores are even here now because I just usually go to bath and body works then leave. The movie theater is pretty nice. I love how the seating is.

  85. It is very sparse anymore, compared to years ago. Its ashame businesses haven’t had luck here, or the public for some reason has been pushed off from visiting as much as the rest. Perhaps the security that’s out & about could make some uncomfortable, or the rent per space..?? Idk. It’s just ashame from what it once was.

  86. I went to hobby lobby. Great place to sh o for craft items. Always good discounts and m not cheat looking like dollar store items but not as expensive as Michael’s. Only gave 4 stars because the mall lot is a little bumpy with potholes down on the hobby lobby side.

  87. There are barely 4 stores and one food place. It seems nothing stays long. It’s a wonder why because space definitely isn’t an issue. Even when a reputable store does lease, it actually loses customers from what I’ve experienced. I order …

  88. We are a new tenant at the mall. We own the exotic animal facility that I run with my husband and our two young children. I have spent most of my life growing up in Lebanon County. The people of Lebanon are kind, generous, and hard working. …

  89. Awesome theater and reasonable prices compared to the theaters they are competing against love it definitely will be back when I can afford to do so and there is a movie I want to see if you like movies you should come check it out

  90. We need to find stores and attractions that are going to keep people and create jobs. I don’t knkw if it’s the mall over charging or people losing ambition but this used to be my place to get mostly everything, now it’s hard to find ANYTHING.

  91. I got the month pricing no I find that the hours I’m able to go there are close now saying that if you are looking to go to catch a new movie they are going to give you a better chance to see it
