One star only because it is the lowest score you can pick. A person would think, that a 2021 business would join the digital age. Accept email, fax (old school) and payments by phone. Really sad….to have to take 2 hours off from work to drive to a location.
Paid for new service on Friday and it’s Monday and they are saying that it will be later this week before they can get to us. This is the poorest service I have ever had. I hope someone can do something for the sake of our water now I am wondering about the water quality I will have it tested
