Insured with them and had to file a claim, for 6 months they had and open investigation and giving me the run around only to have to hire an attorney against who should be protecting me in the end of it all i got my car paid off after a nightmare of issues

So this insurance is HORRIBLE!! i do not recommend anyone to be covered by it.
They have been dogding coverage from a DUI insured driver using this insurance and have horrible customer service. The ratings say it all, spend the extra money and be insured by a insurance agency who will take care of you.
Accident happened in Jan 13th, still waiting for a call from them. Left multiple messages and calls with no response. It shows that if you don’t want to get covered go with these crooks. I had to threaten them with legal action just to get an email. Ridiculous
Their taking well over 2 months just to send me a check so I can get my car repair their given me every excuse on why I haven’t gotten my check so irresponsible and unprofessional this place SUCKS …
Terrible. 8 days in found out they try to charge 30% of your premium as a fee to cancel early for their over priced coverage . Nowhere in the documents signed is that present. Taking it up with the fraud dept at my bank. Agent won’t respond eithe .
Paper work not sent to correct people has been the excuse now for two weeks. I have had to call them every day to be blown off at each turn. Accident is getting close to one month old and still have no car. I am thankful this is not my insurance co….. I should have listen to my insurance and contacted an attorney.
