  1. The internet is constantly down, there are always problems with the phone, and it’s very hard to get a hold of technical support or anyone to do maintenance. Would not recommend.

Very unhappy about the fact that it seems like at lest once a month on Friday night the Internet goes out and of course there closed all weekend makes me wonder if its not done on purpose to save them money ?? And of course they never refund peoples money but if u don’t pay them you get late fees.

  6. Telephone service has been excellent. Cable t.v. and internet substandard. First, they told me internet and cable television service was a certain price, but they did not tell me about all the extra charges. Also, after rain and wind storms cable and internet went down and would be out about 3 days to a week.

  8. One day there will be other options, I moved from exactly 15 minutes away, where I had a full gig of dl speed, 1,000 meg, to 7? , and pay exactly twice as much. The selling point that was pitched to me was, we should be up to 25 meg by the end of the year, well, welcome to 1990, go you!

  9. Internet keeps going down i can’ t watch a movie without it stopping several times an hour. I pay for their fastest speed, but it makes no difference. It is very expensive for such bad service.

  11. Always goes down on the weekends and I’m lucky to get a 1MB of download speed, but I pay for 10MB. The price is outragous for what they offer, but it’s the only option that’s available. You would think for how much they are charging their customers they could provide better services.
