This is by far the most horrible experience I have ever had dealing g with a credit union. To save your self the head ache might want to explore other credit unions before looking into this one
Unprofessional customer service. Poor quality of service. They are no different than any other of the major banks except they do a worst job. Don’t be fooled by their mission to “serve the community” over shareholders.

I love banking here, but an employee named Kiara was VERY rude from the moment I started talking with her about my account. Constantly rolling her eyes at me every time I asked her a question, or simply not saying a word when I asked a question. I recomend going to another location if you can.
