They did show when they said they would, they aren’t willing too even give you a window of when they will show and they will lie to you on the phone about what day they schedule a job for
Doesn’t try to help people keep their services on even people who is disabled and have income that is only once a month or people who have little babies very poor costumer service and lack any type of common sense sad to say but it is what it is
Terrible my bill went from 146 to 460 in a months time talking about a stopped meter that they didnt catch for 5 months and I was never notified either.
Terrible customer service, awful policies and even long term, historically punctual paying customers will be quickly disconnected.
Spouse used to work there. Awful company.
Very bad service I’ve been waiting 3 months for them to connect the power and spent more than 2000 dollars in electrician and inspections and I still do not have electricity there is no worse company than LGE

Since they “couldn’t get out to check meters” in 2 inches of snow, with their f-350 diesel dually work trucks, they estimated my bill for last month. It’s twice as high as normal
They have the worst customer service. I called in, they had a long wait time, so i requested a call back when it was my turn. They call, I pick up, they hang up. This has happened both times i have ever called them. Worst electric company I have ever been with.
Typical utility monopoly. Hidden charges at every turn. Incorrect information that they cannot verify and add charges. Hard to talk to anyone. Charges you to pay your bill. I wish there was someone else.
Never actually read meter since it is behind a fence but say they do my average bill is 150 just got one for 550 because its been a “cold” winter even though this is the mildest winter we have had here in 4 or 5 years. What a joke of a company. Scammers.
Quick service times when their infrastructure is down but overall terrible customer service and at times sketchy pricing on estimated bills make this a 2-star review. In time they will either improve on their customer service or have their infrastructure deteriorate to match their poor handle on community service.

Power turns off everytime I turn around. If a bill is a few days overdue, all my power is shut off. No employees return calls or let you know if they’re coming out. Terrible customer service, prices are outrageous, stick with a different company.
