They never answer their phone. What kind of a business doesn’t answer their phone. Why even have a phone if you never answer it. They need to fire everyone, and replace with people who want a job and know how to answer a phone.
These people never answer the phone. The one time they did, they acted like it was a terrible inconvenience for them to do their job. If you hate your job so much, maybe find another one.

Never answer the phone even when payment arrangements were made for that day at 8 am. They’re open 8-4:30. Probably should actually answer the phones. Can’t wait to move out of their service area.
Signed up for auto pay never went through never got a bill in mail or a notice that the water was going to be cut off on a Friday while I wasn’t home so can’t get anything straightened out so I’m with out water for 3days with a one year old
It’s 8:20 on a Monday. I’ve been calling since 8:00 to pay my bill and all I get is a voicemail saying office is currently closed opens 8-4:30 mon-fri. Very unprofessional, but you gotta have water so what can you do? I have to file a complaint maybe someone will actually look into this place. Terrible service
These people are crooks. They buy water from Spartanburg Water System then sell it with a mark up. It should be shut down and just let Spartanburg Water manage the system.
