I’ve called multiple times with no answer, and no call back to make an appointment for my kids. Also, 1 doctor is good she listens and helps, the other you can’t understand a word he says.
After 2 hours they finally told me my 15 minute strep rapid test was negative!
The Dr. Tried defending the super long wait time (in a 4 foot x 7 foot room, approximately) that we were not the only ones in the ER!
He then began to become rude and slammed the door behind him

Staff has always been kind and helpful. I am thankful we have a hospital close by to help when needed.
I just noticed this place charged my insurance a claim for $3,469.00 in 2018 I am definitely going to investigate. I never been there or heard about this place until I was reviewing my claims….. BEWARE
The staff has always been friendly, but we went the around the first of the year and they have no heat. It was freezing inside. They had a few space heater but it didn’t help.

Got emergency care they have put me into collections even though I have try to contact them and straighten this out no one returns my calls very poor administration personnel. If at all possible go somewhere else. If I could I would give no stars.

Terrible !!!! Been here 45 minutes for an outpatient x-ray. Still haven’t acknowledged my existence. Poorly marked Outpatient entrance and parking. Once inside advertising signs are larger than the registration information sign needed. Good thing I don’t need emergency service.
I came in today with servere asthma. Away from my home in the big city of Houston, I was worried because this was nothing like I’m used to. I am blessed by the hospitality and help they have given me. I give a 5 star rating from the front desk, the radiologist, nursing staff, to the physician. Truly, THANK YOU for helping me.
Very very slow processing. Initial paperwork is easy and quick. Then comes the wait even on a slow day. 2 hours after checking in, son still has not seen triage for vitals. And he has heart disease. One person in waiting room in front of me when I arrived. 4 patients behind me now and still no progress for anyone in over 2.5 hours
Worst! Nurses talked about how many bars they popped the night before. Doctor talked about how drunk he came in. Waited 7 hours with no patients in front of me and i was never attended. Their area is nasty and smelly. They dont use gloves. I can keep going but may god forgive them for being nasty human beings.
The building could be updated. The staff was great,very prompt, caring, and helpful. I have been at bigger hospitals that could not touch this hospitals service from admin to release. When they put in the needles in for my i-v and drew blood u barely felt it.

At some point since moving here in March, all 3 of my boys have been here. We received excellent care and service each time. From check in, till leaving, every person is friendly and knowledgeable. Glad to have found this place!
