These guys are great and very helpful. Have had a few issues come up with the tank, connections, etc. Nothing that I would say was preventable or foreseeable. Things happen, but they always explained everything in detail, told me exactly what to do, and addressed the issue as quickly as they could.
Called to see if they could come out for an emergency refill . Unhelpful at best . I’m without the ability to cook or heat my house for the next two days . Frankly there should be legislation to prevent this situation
