I have paid for my delivery and it’s been 3 days and still no delivery. It’s been around 35 degrees and I told them when I ordered and paid that I was out and needed it asap. I went through this same situation most of all last winter and it’s very frustrating!!
The delivery drivers are professional and friendly. The website makes it easy to schedule delivery. The price is always competitive with no hidden or additonal fees.
They need to have a local call number !!!!! Trying to call them is the worst. After sitting listening to terrible music for a very long time you get transferred around, nobody gets anything done !! Very bad service !! Get a local number out there so we can call the people that will actually be doing the work.
No complaints! They monitor usage and degree days and schedule their deliveries accordingly. I’ve never run out or had to call for a delivery.

The local AmeriGas supplier Liberty Propane is no longer open for walk-in service. The automated response system keeps you on hold forever. A delivery was ordered over a month ago and now my tank is literally a few days from being empty. I can’t get in touch with anyone. Think it is time to start looking for another supplier.
