Extremely rude Customer Service department that consistently interrupts you and tries to talk over you on the phone. They were very unhelpful and disrespectful. Worst experience I have had with someone over the phone in my entire life by far. Would not recommend doing business with this company.

I’ve been using LIFE mobility transportation for a few months now and, wanted to give a huge shout out to my last driver. His name is Matthew G. and he was the most polite gentleman. He was helpful, on time and he’s got a great start to his career in medicine. I highly recommend him.

This company pays their EMTs $15/hr, that’s less than a Walmart cashier. This proves that Life EMS does not care about patient care or quality service. They just want your money. Lives do not matter to them just that dollar sign
I need to be transported just a couple miles from one hospital to another for heart surgery. The hospital called for transport, and they were supposed to be here within 1 1/2-2 hours for an ASAP call. 3 hours later my nurse called and they said another 1-2 hours. I was suppsed to have the surgery today, but because of them I won’t.

On July 28th 2022 I had a great experience with Life Ambulance service. I had never been in a Ambulance in an emergency situation in my 62 yrs of life. They made me feel so comfortable. I didn’t know how sick I was at the time. They took good care of me. Thank you so much.

Watched an Ambulance bypass traffic only to get through and turn off their lights and cruise ahead of me. Must be nice.
