Ligtel has given us great service and support in Noble county. We have a small business with 3 locations. Our business depends on reliable high speed service. We have the fiber connection for the business and they also provide our home with good wireless internet service. Friendly people to work with.

$50 dollars for 1mbps this company is complete trash. I miss the days where I was paying $30 for 30 mbps. What’s worse is they have a monopoly on the area because noone else will come out this far! If someone started a company to run against them they’d win as long as they could actually meet expectations.

They run a monopoly on the town, providing slow internet speeds at a high cost. It’s sad that they are our only option in town because their internet is garbage; literally.
This is a garbage ISP, they don’t even guarantee 1mbs, which is then what I get from them even when paying for more. Speed testing sites don’t even register there is internet.

Slow down load speeds, we only get half of what we are paying for and that’s when it actually works, because it goes out all the time. Please god run fiber line down my road, so I don’t have there service no more.
Our internet is down atleast 1-2 days per week. When it is working it is so slow. We pay around $70 a month and my all time (slow data) is fasting then their high speed. We are waiting on a technician yet again so I’m sure they will get out here with in 4-5 days. I do not recommend this to anyone!
