I’m not going to tell the whole story. Just say their triage was terrible, we left because my 88 year old mother couldn’t wait the hour to be seen – and Miriam Hospital took her right in in a minute, literally. So – Miriam rocks and we won’t be back at Lincoln Urgent Care.
My appointment was at 4:45 pm September 9th I didn’t get brought into the building until 5:15 and I didn’t get seen until 5:30. I had to get a covid test and when you go online it specifically says they do not offer rapid testing but yet …
I had an accident and needed to get stitched up. They took me right away and gave me excellent care. The staff was friendly and explained everything they were doing. Wonderful staff!
I needed stitches in my head after icicle dropped from house while I was shoveling last winter, my mom needed stitches in her thigh when she sliced her leg open last summer while cutting up boxes with box cutter. I have come here many time …
Had to wait almost 2 hours to be let into a room, when there was only one other person in the waiting room with me. Also, the doctor’s assistant asked questions about parts of my body that I am self-conscious about, then proceeded to gossip about me to other colleagues in the hallway. Definitely will not be coming back here again.
People at Lincoln urgent care are terrific! I’ve dealt with Dr. William Smith a few times. He’s very nice very confident. Usually you get in pretty quickly. They always do follow up phone calls to make sure that you’re OK. …
First time dealing with Dr Smith…pleasant personality…very confident… quick, though exam and diagnosis. The medical assistant was also great. Very quick in and out on a holiday weekend. Thank you
One word, PATHETIC!! Wife’s finger was broken and stolen. She shows up at 4:20 and sits for over 2 hours to finally get taken to a room. Then sits awhile longer to be seen by Dr. Grillo. Doctor takes a quick look at finger then tells her …
Went this eve for horrible back pain. The two PA’s were awesome (Danielle and Christine (?)) very thoughtful and caring. The intake was smooth (shout out to the front office) and reasonable wait time to be seen. I’d go again, if needed! 😁🙏🏾 …
