  1. The WORST WORST customer service I ever experience, called thousands time NO body answer the phone and even they do answer the phone called they are not helping you solve the problem. Don’t waste you time go with different company….

  3. Worst worst of the worst the customer service is sad they lie about service techs coming out,they have held a reimbursement since June 2020,and they put you on hold for long periods of time and still give you the run around. I almost blamed myself.

  4. We are a business and depend on phone service to connect with our customers, order, etc. Been without service for several days and have been on hold again now for over an hour! Left voice and email messages and have had NO response. This is unacceptable customer service!

  5. This is a great company. Switched from a larger phone provider due to customer service issues. They are so fact at response time and I dont have to wait on hold for an hour like with previous company.

  6. Do not under any circumstances sign up for this service. They charge you a $200 early termination free. This is not explained clearly at the time of initiating service and they prey on seniors who aren’t savvy in this regard.

  12. If there were zero stars I would give them a zero rating. This is one of the most incompetent companies out there. If you have a problem they do not have enough people to answer and they rarely fix the problem. The customer service is very poor.

  32. I had email problems and called for help. I was lucky enough to get Amanda Kunkel. Amanda was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.   38. The best thing about Lingo is that you can actually talk to the same person in customer service/sales every time you need them. Unfortunately, AT&T screws things up and seems to delay repair since the lines belong to AT&T.
