I like that they notified me of excessive water usage the day that I left the garden hose running.
However, getting questions answered is clearly not possible!
Tried to get online with theyre website its constantly down….all this work to open an account…fill out all kinds of paperwork,,,FOR WATER ! no other utilities make you do this….Need to step up to the times !
Should just be called little river sewage because there’s not much water involved. Of course you have no choice if you live in this area. Customer service is terrible water taste terrible and they will eventually screw you on your bill at least once. And there’s nothing you can do about it
The customer service supervisor is rude and talks to the reps like dogs. It is very structured and not everyone is friendly. Some management is not friendly at all…steer clear
Unable to post This is the second time trying. This lady Karen should be replaced with a newer and more efficient model. She is not very nice . Hopefully they can retire her soon and maybe this will help the other employees enjoy their jobs.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The lady’s that work here are absolutely no help and disrespectful. This company will shut you off over a very low bill and terrible communication be careful people! I would give 0 stars hands down.
