Un-willing to settle a simple issue over grandmothers cell phone.
I spoke with Amber (a supervisor) and now here I am leaving a review.
Unfortunately this was entirely preventative.
Overall phone doesn’t meet expectations. Besides being a low quality phone there are very few features. The worst part is there is no way to block calls. Called customer service and they were no help. Best to look elsewhere.
Do not order a lively wearable device. Devices advertised online are not what you will receive. When I called to return the product, I was hung up on twice. Horrible customer service. No free shipping for returns and a $10 restocking fee.
