Judgmental and Condescending
The timing at the office is normally great, but the staff take forever to return your calls, or you never receive one back.
My 8yr old has had a few appts now and he loves it there!! We’ve never had to wait too long and the office staff are AWESOME and very clean waiting room!! Also he loves his Dr (So far) lol
Will be looking for a new place. Always gives you a hard time. Tonigjt told me to take her to lp hospital. Told them they would not see her and they would send her to buff. So i took her to lp er. They sent us to buff. They suck

Incredible staff of nurses and providers. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I was a patient of Dr. Baier’s as a child and now almost 30 years later my son is a patient. We are fortunate to have such a great office in Lockport!
This place is awful! There is one good staff member, Jeanette, and thats about it! The doctors are never consistent, the rooms are filthy, and the medical team all needs to have their licences reviewed! If i could give this place 0 stars I …
After going to the ER twice with no resolution for my baby’s poor breathing the doctor here took care of it. He ensured we got her admitted to the hospital and treated! Thank you for advocating for my baby’s health and getting her treatment.
Usually pretty fast responding. Any serious issues they have been able to see us right away and I feel like they really listen. I’ve been extremely happy leaving Dr. Baiers office. Even the staff behind the desk is super friendly and helpful. Thank u lyndsay.
