It did take a while to get out in however it was due to restoration of tornado damage so that’s understandable. Great tech great customer service and so far no issues on our end.
We have had their internet service for several years now and have had no trouble, compared to a nation-wide competitor we had in the past that seemed to ALWAYS have maintenance issues. I cannot wait to be able to access the fiber-optic network!

Service installed ahead of schedule. Online access for LTC Commander and Billing is a blessing. Our internet connection seems stable and reliable. And if we do have an issue, LTC customer service and tech support is very helpful.
