They are useless. The only people in town with a 3 hour lunch break and they still can’t do their job. It takes them 2 days to processes your payment even though they only except cash. If you could avoid living in this town do so.
This water department is by far the worst i have ever dealt with in any county they close the lobby early all the time with limited options to pay ur bill and good luck even getting someone to come out and read ur meter or give you any information on ur account to added charges and fees
What’s up with city water there is so much calcium that we have replaced our hot water tank, our ice maker and dog’s water dish builds up deposits. Have you cut back on salt usage We pay enough that a softner should be used I’m using twice as much laundry detergent and dish soap . Whats up?
