You guys are AWESOME! Anytime I had power outage, they came right way and fixed the problem. EVEN in the middle of the night. Many MANY other companies it would take DAYS! You ALL are very much appreciated!
Service was rude on the phone. Turned off power without any notice. Had called but mentioned no reason to why they were calling. Had showed I paid online. Had to pay fee to get electric turned back on. Seems like they could care less that a lot of people are suffering due to layoffs bc of covid.
Sally is always just the sweetest whenever I come into LMU. She is very kind, helpful, and always smiling. She is an excellent addition to the LMU family!
Kudos to Crystal Howard. When our company received a new meter the state took our sales tax exemption away so Janice, our bookkeeper has been working diligently to get it reinstated. Crystal made regular follow up calls to see how it was going and helped a lot. Janice really appreciated her help. And, our tax exemption is reinstated.
Every single person that I’ve encountered at LMU has been very helpful and pleasant. I’ve only been to the office a handful of times, but each time I go, I can tell that all of their employees enjoy their job.
