Billing department makes errors then you have to send proof to show them they over charged you. Customer service does not return phone calls. When your “promotion” is over they don’t inform you, they just jack the price up. I will never have this service again!
UPDATE: My reference to “friendly” office staff was off, they were insulting to both me and my wife when it was found the issue was on their end and we wanted something done. We ended service and their solution? Make up equipment charges …
