Brought by ambulance to the ER and sent here to ICU. Most horrible people work here! NEVER COME HERE. They let people sue on purpose!
I just experienced my second hip replacement surgery and everything went very well. The staff, nurses, doctors, etc. were all very kind and accomodating.
Good experience, however when they were taking my blood pressure the cuff must of been too tight as I have bruise on my left inner arm around 2 inches. It has been 10 days and it is just starting to lighten.
Husband Donald is a new patient with Dr Kar at Cardiovascular Inst. We were both very pleased with his first visit.
Dr Gilbert Simoni abandoned myself and many many other patients! Yelp shows 21 horrible experiences going to this quack doctor!
Dr. Gilbert Simoni and his boss wife Martha keep sending me to Los Robles …
The recovery room staff members in the Cardiac wing are great, empathetic and caring. And they know how to deal with you, when you’re still a bit “loopy”, coming out of the anesthesia “fog”!! 😉 …
The nursing staff is absolutely incredible!! Meghan and Kathy were the absolute best support/ coaches I could have had during my labor and ALL of the aftercare nurses were rock stars!
I was suppose to give a perfect score but unfortunately, my experience on June 27 was unpleasant. But when I was admitted again on July 6, I was contented because Dr. Bennedon made sure that my needs were met. Thank you so much Dr. Bennedon …
The nurses were wonderful, & the Drs caring. It was like staying in a posh hotel! My husband is improving so thank you all!
After being in a room in the ER as a cardiac patient, I was moved to a “waiting area” for a room to be admitted. It was in the middle of the night. This “waiting area” was horrible. I had a bed but only surrounded by curtains. The noise …
If you have to have Surgery or Need Emergency Care, there is no other place I’d like to be, Los Robles Regional Medical Center is the BEST. Great STAFF, CARE TEAMS and accommodations! Food is pretty good too!
As far as hospitals go, Los Robles is most definitely my favorite. Staff is pleasant, helpful and professional…attentive to questions and needs. Excellent physicians!
The ER customer service give me an attitude, I am not feeling I waited for (3) she be seated wait for your name . I am in really bad pain andterrible headache , body ache if I don’t complain. They will let me wait. Until I become unconscious.? I hope they change the admittance nurse.
Nurses left me unattended with a broken leg while they were preoccupied with lunch. I had to pee badly so I grabbed a nurse passing by. I was put in a room and eventually put in an outside catheter which didn’t work and I peed everywhere. …
HIPPA is a joke! Beginning when you sign in, A doctor who talks to you about your issue with other patients in the room and converses with your doctor in the waiting room loud enough that the conversation could be heard 20 feet away and …
As has been my experience in the past, the hospital staff once you are admitted are amazing. The ER is lacking greatly. After my Pulmonologist sent me to be admitted. I received very little care. I spent 15 hours in a hard chair with no …
Doctors ,Nurses and anesthesiologist we’re absolutely perfect. The care was amazing. I had no pain. Everyone was so encouraging and it made the whole experience so much easier.
The care I received at Los Robles was excellent. The staff showed great care, efficiency and thoroughness in my treatment.
Came to the ER with severe flank pain. The team managed me well and I felt better after my visit. Days later they called to check on me and Offered to schedule my follow-up with a specialist. I was very impressed by their service and dedication.
In at 9:30 am for hart stent, home by 8:00 p.m.! Feel great, great people! My GO-TOO hospital!
Excellent level of care. I felt like I had my own private pre-op nurse, private OR nurse, and private recovery nurse. Plus the doctor and anesthesiologist were not rushed and spent time talking to me. Great hospital!
Recently, I was taken to their ER. The medical staff are capable, friendly, and caring. The doctors are excellent. They are exceptionally efficient at coordinating your transfer to your insurance provider’s hospital
Excellent customer service and very well organized. No issues navigating the system and the radiology tech was great. All my experiences at Los Robles have been positive.
Los Robles Regional Medical Center, was wonderful. I had a lung biopsy, my nurse, Lindsay Sanford was outstanding! All the staff was great. Bonnie Bellefontaine
Got me right in because I was a trauma patient but left me without any aftercare instructions from any doctor and we had to ask for a wheelchair to leave. I just kind of said you can go. I couldn’t even walk at that point. I had to ask if I …
All staff were very efficient, professional, and helpful. I was checked in quickly and my appointment actually started early. After the procedure, the tech discussed the results and offered very helpful advice.
great staff for the most part were great.but them not giving my baby his vacation i requested before we were discharged was not ok! also wasn’t sent all his test results in going home packet that should have been included.
Best medical care I have ever had. Like checking into a fine hotel. Excellent service of medical staff 24 hours a day. Excellent food. You can only be successful with your surgery here. . Explained everything.
Family member was there for chest pains that werent going away. Ekg was normal so they ruled out heart attack. While waiting for X-ray had a seizure in a chair and the nurses yelled at her, were rude and since it was Friday night, she had a …
Ultimately after eight hours in the ER and them telling me everything looked normal and I could simply go home, I chose to be admitted to the hospital, and after more extensive tests, it was discovered that I had a non-functioning …
From the moment we checked in, the service, care and professionalism of the staff was outstanding! My father received excellent care!
The emergency room staff moved quickly to get me checked in and see a physician. Everyone was cheerful and yet business-like. The visit could not have gone better.
I was taken care of from the very second I stepped in the door. I felt very comfortable, everything was explained to me in a way that I understood. They were fast, and very professional yet you feel like they still take time to actually care about you.
Medical care was great, billing was not. I paid on the day of service (over $2000). Everything went well and I was impressed with the medical staff. Later, I got a bill to pay more, even though no unexpected procedures were performed. …
My experience last time. As always, the doctors are very professional and inform you and give you care options. But the RNs, it was a bad experience!! I complained that it hurt where they put me the IV, I told the nurse that it hurt a lot. …
Super unprofessional. I came in by ambulance with heat exhaustion. They didn’t want to help me. they put me in a wheelchair and rolled me in the main waiting room. I was so sick I ended up falling on the floor. They still didn’t want to …
The experience was incredible. They took care of me quickly, everyone was kind. The doctor was wonderful.. Every emergency room stood copy your protocol.
Thank you
Everything was very positive about the visit. The procedure was on time and every professional – nurses and doctors – were attentive and kind.
The staff was excellent and made it stay very easy. I was nervous going into a c-section but was comforted by the staff throughout the whole procedure. Highly recommend.
The ER was horrible eleven hours waiting to be admitted without food.Laid on a gurney until one in the morning, than in a room with another lady who cried all night. Finally got a room upstairs where the care was excellent, got my test’s done and released to go home. They did the best they could with so many sick people.
I have been to the ER several times in the past because I am 73 so I knew what to expect. I was treated very well and in a fairly rapid manner considering the several tests that were ordered. After all of the tests were completed I was …
If I had the option of zero stars that’s what I would give. It is 12:12 am. My 86 yr old mother with kidney failure and congestive heart failure has been sitting in the ER since 2pm yesterday!!! No food. No water. No dialysis that she …
This the second time I have had surgeries there and I can not say enough good things about this facility. The staff where very helpful and took good care of me. I told them if they had a Resturant I would eat there it was so good. Best it is very clean.
In my experience, the ICU nurses lack compassion and bedside manner. They tend to “show sympathy” during visiting hours only to have them manhandle patients after hours, speak incredibly innapropriate, “This is why I’m hurting you”, and …
My cardiologist used Los Robles Medical Center to perform a cardiac procedure on me. I was very happy with the performance and attitude of every single member of Los Robles’ hospital and medical staff who I came into contact with regarding …
Firstly, if this is going to be public, you aren’t going to get all my comments, so it would be WAY better for future patients if you give us a private survey!
Secondly, did you know that when you take us from our room to get some test, if …
The hospital is excellent and my Family received great care. Nurses, CNAs and Doctors are kind, compassionate and communicate well. ER wait times are very long most of the time.
Went in for a first-time, once-per-year medication infusion. The nurse running the infusion center was busy handling a total of 5 patients when I walked in, but took his time explaining the steps of the procedure to me and provided a …
I had a lung biopsy. Everyone involved was very professional and caring. I highly recommend this facility.
The nurses and staff were so kind and caring with my special needs after my difficult surgery.
The wait in the waiting Area was brief and the Doctor was direct and decisive! He was very helpful and and encouraged me to see a specialist. He probably saved my life. Great Hospital!
No surgery is fun, regardless how small it is. But from my recent experience, I can only say that all went well. The staff at the surgery center are well trained professionals, and take extra effort in maintaining the welfare of their patients!
We had a wonderful experience with both the Labor and Delivery and Mother Baby teams at Los Robles for the delivery of our son. While nothing ended up going according to our labor plan, we never felt pressured to divert from the plan. We …
Nursing care excellent. Beds not very comfortable PLUS those sirens & recorded messages to “stay in bed” made me nervous and feeling imprisoned! Food tasty, however quantity was not large enough……always hungry. Rooms large and very …
I had a very positive experience. Experienced and knowledgeable staff who performed the necessary tests and referred me a doctor to follow up who eased my concerns with the issue I was facing. I was able to follow up with the referral in …
The nurses, especially the first one to get me from the radiology waiting room and insert the IV was very empathic. I wished I could remember names.
The anesthesiologist was very good at talking explaining her job. Dr He and his …
I was there for a nuclear medicine CT scan. Even though I am claustrophobic, it went very smoothly. I was talked through the entire experience which made me more comfortable. The front office staff is very welcoming and upbeat. I highly recommend this entire department!
I dread going to the hospital, BUT my last trip to the ER was very pleasant. Got to thank all the staff, nurses, and doctors who saw me! Got to emergency room at 11:30AM last Monday (holiday) before the big crowd showed up! As busy as it …
I have been going to Los Robles Hospital Emergency room for over 30 years. This was by far the best experience I had. Every person from the hospital was helpful, had a positive attitude, knowledgeable and caring. I got in and out after …
This review is for TOSH, rather than the regular hospital. I just had my second surgery at TOSH and I highly recommend it! The facility is lovely, but what makes it great is the staff – especially the nurses. All the nurses that cared for …
I came into the E.R. around 8:30 on a Friday night. Maybe it was a slow night for them, but I was processed much more quickly than I expected (the Urgent Care took longer to tell me they had no time for me) with a minimum of paperwork. They …
I am incredulous that the hospital would ask “How was your visit?” It was horrible. The patients who entered the ER were lined up like cows. Sitting close together in a very tight space. I was there for 1 1/2 hours before being seen. …
I had surgery at Thousand Oaks surgical center. Everything went smoothly and I feel with the exception of one nurse, I received superior care from admission to discharge. …
Would have been a 5 if the ER wait wasn’t so long. Amy Carter, the nurse practitioner who did my stitches as terrific.
I have never been dissatisfied with the care and medical attention I received at Los Robles. The nuclear medicine doctor and technician were patient and did not start my injections until they explained in detail the procedure and what I …
I recently had surgery at Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital. The experience was terrific. From a couple of weeks prior to surgery, through all the support immediately prior and after the operation, patients are very well taken care of. …
I was admitted last weekend for possible cardiac issues. The staff was very efficient and friendly, and the emergency room doctor was excellent. Once in my room, the nurses were great and they checked in on me regularly through the night. My overall experience was great, and I would recommend Los Robles highly.
I was treated with great care during my visit at Los Robles! Everyone was professional, great customer service and attentive to my needs. From the security guard admitting me, the Dr. Robert’s, the nurses, x-ray technician, EKG technician …
Los Robles was a great hospital for delivering my baby. The facility was clean, the staff was present and very helpful. Labor and Delivery nurses are on it. I was with multiple nurses and all of them where so kind and knowledgeable. They …
We went into the ER because our son had a high fever. The doctor took his temperature and looked into his ear and saw he had an ear infection. We receive a bill for $3,647. I understand its an ER and you pay more but almost $4,000 to have …
The Emergency Room is a cracker box. Spent 5 1/2 hours in there then told there were no beds available. Staff lied to my wife and I twice. I will never go back! Total incompetence!
The staff was great. The nurses were so nice and caring. It made the stay easy
Sat in ER from 2;30 PM till 8:30PM waiting to be treated and a hospital bed and finally went home against medical advice.
Tests were taken but no explanation given for tests and certainly no results discussed with me by a doctor or nurse. Biggest ….show I have ever seen in an ER
You do not have enough doctors I believe there was one and the wait is so long 4-1/2 hours yes it was busy but every time I have been there it has been so busy. I was suppose to hear my results of a CT scan between 45 minutes and an hour …
In the early morning check there was a bit of delay due to monthly service check but the sweet lady at check in was most accommodating and grace under fire with all the glitches she was dealing with first thing in the morning. I commend her …
Everyone in the ER was professional and caring. Although it was a very busy night, people were efficient and the wait was not as long as I feared. Bad reason for going but all in all a very good experience.
Was treated fast and with great compassion. The nurse fully explained everything and kept close watch on me while I was in the ER.
I received wonderful care from the time I arrived until I was discharged. Everyone was very professional and friendly and put me right at ease.
Well run hospital with exceptional staff and caregivers. Surgery Center is excellent in care, follow through, and professionalism. Thanks for everything!
Horrible patient care seemed racist like if you weren’t American they see you as below them. The only nice person I came across was a nice short haired lady wearing a burgundy top offering a blanket or if I needed anything
My visit went as well as it could for an ER visit. Nobody likes those. The staff was friendly and supportive. The wait time wasn’t as long as I expected it to be.
Because I had had a concussion, I was seen immediately. Care was thorough, competent and caring from the initial exam, subsequent CT scan and vitals evaluation, to explaining the results to me and subsequent release with instructions.
Great hospital, staff is very professional. Everything was on point: staff very helpful, great service, timing was on point, no wait, cleanliness was remarkable. I recommend this hospital to everyone.
Very busy night in the ER. Even so, I was treated with respect & my needs were addressed in a very professional, yet personable, manner. I feel very blessed to have such an effective medical facility in my community.
Dr. Chong’s surgical procedure went well. The nursing staff was generally professional and friendly. Unfortunately, evidently from the IV needle in my left arm the lower part of my arm became …
The doctor didn’t not examine me. Only wanted to push pain medications. If she would have examined me she would have noticed weakness and trembling on my leg- she would have noticed that something was wrong. It means she discharged me with pain medication and a weak steroid dose.
Doctors, nursing, food service, attendents, house cleaning excellent. Waiting times for procedures, etc. not so much. Also, why is discharge procedure such a waiting game. Surely there is a way to speed up the process.
My last visit was great. Professional, but friendly. Efficient, but caring and thorough. I felt I was in good hands and that my health was their number one concern.
I found Los Robles to be really efficient in handling the ER, specifically with doing the Triage. I am very grateful for their dedicated staff. Having the ER available when needed raises the quality of life here in Thousand Oaks.
It was like a county hospital. They released my mother from the er with a very full depends. She was embarrassed when I picked her up to take her back to.the memory care facility. They left her in a hallway unattended in a wheelchair. She has dementia. She was very confused by this
I came in a little before midnight for an injury, provided my insurance and identification information, and was ignored. After waiting in pain for 2.5h, we asked the staff how much longer we would have to wait. They said they had called my …
I was called back and treated quickly. Staff was professional and focused. The ER space needs expansion. I think the population served has exceeded the space capacity of this ER.
Sorry I believe this is for my physical therapy. Therapy is going very well. I have been working with Kent and getting excellent care, I have a tear in my right shoulder and it was very painful but after many hours of therapy I’m in alot less pain and my use of my arm is much better.
Busy, but I had a bed injury and a fracture in my spine. Had to go to CT because they “forgot” to do my head. My discharge papers were for a “child with comprehension fracture.” I’m 68. I sat forever until I was given something for pain that I still have. I could barely take a breath. Very disappointed, not the Los Robles I knew
My one criticism was the doctor ordered an immobilization brace but I was brought a simple sling which did not do the job. When I pointed it out the clinician declared it was an immobilization brace. I was then in extreme pain for three …
My back went out, could barely walk, had to borrow a walker from a neighbor just to be able to walk. Got in fairly quick, ER nurses were all great and very attentive but the doctor was with me maybe 2 minutes, touched my lower back, had me …
Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital (TOSH) was the absolute best! From the caring nursing staff, to the incredible food, it made my stay as pleasant as possible.
Lousy. My neurologist sent me to ER for scans. doc gave two options to be admitted overnight or go home. I chose the latter and went to ucla er and they ran the mris. For 3 minutes of time they charged me a 200 copay. Never again.
Thank you for a pleasant day. I needed to have an MRI of my head, the technician was professional in every manner. I would recommend the Radiology Dept at Los Robles Hospital for all your medical needs.
Back surgery this week with Dr Spayde and 2 nights at Los Robles. The Entire Care team was great and always looking to see what I needed. Home and feeling great.
The staff from the front desk, preop
Postop, nurses, dietitian, Physical Therapist and doctor were outstanding! The food was great and the variety was unbelievable, from regular, vegetarian, vegan and sugar free.
I received excellent care from the time I enter the EX to once I was released post op recovery. My Doctor Dev and the staff were great. Thank you
I was very anxious about my test, but the staff at Los Robles was so wonderful and made me feel so comfortable. The doctor was very skilled and the test did not end up being a big deal at all.
For a stay in the hospital it was pleasant as can be. Admitting, lab and especially the nurses are very patient and caring. Felt like I was in good hands.
Dr. Manabu Fujita and Dr. Liana Nikoghosyan deserve special recognition for their professionalism, compassion and exceptional care. I had a surgery in Los Robles hospital on 12/12/2022 and they made sure I am getting all the necessary …
Thank you for taking such good care of my mom. The nursing staff was exceptional, but I want to say a special thank you to Anthony who was so incredibly kind and gentle with mom; thank you Anthony and God Bless you.
Honestly going to the hospital is really no use these days as they are there to impoverish the common man. A few weeks ago, I had plantar fasciitis I knew what I had but the pain was so bad that I felt there could be something more. …
My review is for Dr. Ramen Ravin in the ER. I came in Sunday as I have in the past many times over several different issues. Dr. Ravin was BY FAR the most caring, sweetest, and helpful physician I’ve ever encountered in an ER. Normally you …
For the most part, staff were friendly and compassionate. The exception was the nurse practitioner who wrapped up my broken wrist. Clearly she was suffering from compassion fatigue. Blunt and indifferent, even somewhat derisive.
My outraged of the treatment received by the staff of LRH ER. There was no respect for the patients
care in the ER. I understand they were busy. Need a plausible staff. Over …
My husband had a recent outpatient procedure. The intake nurse in Radiology, I believe her name was Kathy or Katherine, was awesome. She was very helpful and compassionate. She was great at allowing myself and his home nurse to be present …
please never ever take your child there or really any loved one for that matter. …
The staff in the ER were very helpful and professional. The absolute worst part is being hounded after the fact to get looked at by one of THEIR providers. Being hounded to see if i need help scheduling an appt with one of THEIR …
I was at the ER at this hospital at the end of June, thought that the overall service was good. However, I just received a bill for blood tests, but I never had any blood work done. Be careful and watch out what they bill you for as from my experience, they can send you bills for tests that were never performed.
This amazing hospital, ER, ICU staff saved my life! You are professional, wise, and skilled with great bedside manner, –THE BEST! Thank you! If I could give you a zillion stars I would!
This is the most disturbing and run down hospital emergency room I have ever seen. Walls have hole and chunks missing out of them, the equipment looks dirty and the staff was completely unresponsive. Diagnosed my friend that was having …

I was helped by the staff in an efficient and compassionate way. Everyone was kind and considerate. I spent less time in the ER than I was expecting to because of the well managed staff.
Great Staff, Great Food. Enjoyed my stay. Very clean. Warning, don’t bring in your medications. Pain meds they ship to the hospital for safe keeping. Have fun getting it back when you leave. Also, they substituent medications you may be …

I had an amazing experience and the staff made my C-section experience less stressful. Overall, the pre-op, postpartum and the anesthesiologist were amazing and super friendly. The nurses I remember clearly were Alex, Quita, Cathy, Dr. Champion, Lauren, Colleen, and Cindy.
1. Surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists were great 10/10.
2. The My Health One app/website/system is TERRIBLE!!! It made the whole process …

Your dr. And X-ray technician were wonderful! But, financial advisor was very aggressive and demanded a payment immed. She asked for over 900$ or $700 if I paid immed. I told her to bill my insurance and I will pay my portion. I have a ppo …

I wish a TOSH-quality level recovery experience was possible for all. The human beings who cared for me without exception, were compassionate, attentive and focused on my optimum care. Good lord, the food was even delicious!
Overall I was happy with my experience in ER despite the long waits between exams (it was a very busy day) but I do have two quibbles. No one noticed that the bag on my IV did drain for the 5 hours it was attached to me. I noticed and …
I was admitted at TOSH last week for a left knee total replacement surgery. This was my 2nd experience at TOSH, since both knee replacements were performed by my surgeon, Dr. Gregory Tchejeyan, who is simply the best surgeon! …
This was my first appointment with the Cardio doctor. The staff was apologetic and very nice. My scheduled Dr. had emergency surgery so I saw his partner. The Dr. explained all details to me. I was impressed that he took his time and answered all questions. I definitely recommend these Cardiovascular Doctors.
Emergency Room – Although the quality of care from the staff was good, I was shocked by the overflow of garbage in the tiny room where blood was drawn, triage room is extremely tiny and overly crowded, the same room where the blood is drawn …
Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital was a very beautiful facility, clean and bright with all the right equipment. The staff was excellent. They really gave me confidence that I could put myself in their hands. Thank you to everyone at TOSH! …
I was there for a Cyro Ablation, arrived at 9:30am at Registration and shortly to the Cardio Area and was prepped for surgery. I was scheduled for 11:30 but was delayed until 2pm. Throughout all the staff and nurse were attentive and caring. When I was discharge at 8:30 I felt well cared for and informed.
My husband was admitted to Los Robles with severe abdominal pains. The doctors and nurses gave him excellent care. He said even the food was pretty good. Al in all it was a good experience.

Mt outpatient surgery went very well. The hospital is very clean and all of the staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. The follow up at home is also very good making sure that I was still feeling all right.
The nurses that took care of me before, during and after my surgery were amazing. Michelle in pre op, Sita during the procedure and Lauren in recovery were incredible. I can not thank them enough for the level of compassionate care I was given.
My nurse practitioner sent me to the ER just to rule out a stroke because of past symptoms from migraine auras. All my tests came back negative and I had no symptoms but the doctor wanted me to stay all night in the hospital. Since this …
Went to the ER on a Sunday afternoon. Thankfully it wasn’t very crowded. I was in and out including a chest Xray and a list of prescriptions to pk up at my pharmacy, the order of which they called in. Everyone was professional courteous and helpful. I was in and out in about 40 minutes.
Always had a good experience here until I went in a few days ago came I got the ER feeling sick and a Disrespectful doctor wouldn’t test me for anything told me I’m a hypochondriac! Are you kidding? went to a different hospital tonight and …
My appointment was in radiology. Admitting was a breeze. My appointment went quickly and smoothly. The problem I had was that they would not return my phone calls nor would they respond to my doctor’s office to transfer the results of my test. Not great patient care after the initial visit.
Really not good – Equipment necessary for surgery was found to be “broken” as they were wheeling me into the surgical suite.
During entire stay, care team took an average of 20 minutes to respond after …
Care was wonderful at TOSH, as was the choice of food menu items. But, I can’t understand when an article of clothing is left behind, why housekeeping can’t pin a slip of paper on the clothing, stating where (room & date) it was found and …

I’m hesitant to choose “stars” as the doctors & nurses & all staff were doing the absolute best they could. My only comment is that – really – while you are rebuilding, expanding & “revitalizing” the hospital & ER spaces… PLEASE add …
I feel hospitals are all about the profits. The nurses work their tails off. My dad was in hospital for 10 days. Little to none PT. Nurses too busy to help him out of bed. Ended up in skilled nursing. He had bed sores and blisters from not …
My husband had 3 bad seizures Sunday and was unresponsive. Paramedics took him to the worst hospital ever. They did not ask about his cancer, update his meds, ask about his chemo or call his doctor. He was released within 3 hours and …
My mom was treated in the ER and it was so busy she stayed there for 3 days until she finally got a room in the hospital. Everyone was so nice and professional. The nurses were great!
The quality of care was beyond approach. All the staff was very kind and helpful. The quality of food was the only thing in questions. You will not get better care than you get from any other hospital. Los Robles deserves a lot more than FIVE stars. ;0).
I had a recent visit to the ER at Los Robles Hospital. Upon arrival with terrible pain and trauma from a fall resulting in a broken wrist, my husband and I were told to self check in at a kiosk with no personal assistance. Although the ER …

Outstanding patient care both preoperative and postoperative. Attention to detail for meds, pain management, wound care, comfort and staffing ratio. Great food. Quick check in/check out procedures. VERY FRIENDLY, COMFORTING STAFF. I love TOSH and Los Robles hospitals.

Despite the fact it was 4th of July weekend , these nurses and doctors were so efficient , I was very impressed. Despite my injuries, I have to say they were kind, helpful and moved the very full room in a timely manner. . Nobody wants to go to an ER , but these people are amazing!
Quick professional and kind care. All staff were helpful and calming when I was not so much. I was especially appreciative of the follow up call I received from a nurse a few days after discharge.
My stay at Los Robles was surprisingly wonderful. Although I had surgery and was unable to move freely, my overnight nurse, Scott, was wonderful and I felt very comfortable having to call upon him several times. The food tray was also very …
Outstanding nursing care with a wide variety of qualified doctors available.
Facility is newly remodeled with comfortable single rooms. Reaction time to call button is fair to good.
Food is decent to blah depending on diet.
Largely my experience was positive. The ER care was first rate and spot-on to the problem at hand, with the exception of contacting my physician personally. Leaving a text is insufficient, especially when your doctor is out of town and …
My admission was smooth and flawless EXCEPT the food. The food is AWFUL! The nurses are amazing especially Veronica, Alex, and Rebecca in L&D/postpartum. The hospital felt clean- which is huge. And my baby girl arrived safely! Los Robles just needs to change their food.. and change it asap!
I took my son to the ER and then he was admitted due to Asthma. From the triage at ER to our nurse walking us to our car once we were discharged, every single person was friendly, knowledgeable, caring and helpful. They took great care of my son and nursery him back to health quickly.
I had excellent care during my stay at Los Robles. The nurses went above and beyond to make me comfortable. The only complaint I have is that I had to wait 11hours in the ER before getting a bed.this should get better after the expansion is done.
One of the worst medical emergencies of my life was turned into one of the best medical experiences of my life. The doctors and nurses in the ER are exceptional professionals. However they deserve a better working environment. The facility …
I wish there were more stars.
I was scheduled to have a diagnostic heart test at Los Robles and spent the next five days in the ICU. The nurses took special care, helping me to get settled …
I had a very good experience @ Los Robles Hospital for an outpatient Pulmonary Radiology test. Everyone was Professional, courteous and helpful. The Nursing Staff was excellent and I felt well cared after. The Radiology Dept. was well run and modern and clean. Staff were all respectful and helpful.
Much better experience than I expected. Great staff. Very attentive and caring. By staff I mean everyone, doctors, nurses, nurses aids, food service (it’s still hospital food though) personal and cleaning crew. Wouldn’t want to make a habit of it, but if you have to be hospitalized, depending on the reason, it’s not that bad.
The staff was efficient and caring, the procedure went well and according to plan. I was discharged the same day. The lab where it took place had been apparently remodeled since the last time I was there. It seemed to be inspired by the …
the personnel could not have been kinder or more considerate. also I was impressed with your new administrator , who visited the patients to introduce himself.. the food was surprisingly good for institutional food. nurse mai (I was in …
Staff are all so nice and caring. Be prepared for hours of waiting at Los Robles ER but they seem to have a great triage rhythm going to move along bloodwork, diagnostics, start of treatment etc. while waiting for either discharge to go …
My time at Los Robles Hospital was very good. The doctors, nurses and staff were very attentive, they explained everything that was going on an intentionally made me comfortable. The hospital was very clean and orderly. I had several tests …
It was an excellent experience. All the nurses and the PT person, Mary, were very helpful, courteous and compassionate. I assume due to my anesthesia and pain medication, I cannot recall anything I was given to eat. I also appreciated the …
All the doctors and nurses were incredibly kind and had good senses of humor. Dr De Simone is an outstanding surgeon and a wonderful person. The room I was in was large and nicely decorated and clean. …
I was in the ER for 4 hours and received very compassionate care from Faye in Radiology, Suzy in Respiratory and Dr. Cardenas who made sure I didn’t leave without a physician recommendation for follow up care. Even the Security Guard …
It’s hard getting into a room during a shift change but it seemed to go smoothly. My overnight nurse Ava was absolutely a gem and did everything she could to make me comfortable. Can’t say much about the food bc I was not really in the mood …
After my first experience in the ER the doctor claimed that she offered me a stay overnight for observation and I declined which I saw in my paper work this was not at all what happened and I felt like she was kicking me out. This was not …
The nurses were very nice and caring. I’d give the staff 5 stars, but the I’d give the actual physical ER waiting area and ER bed area a lower 3.5 stars. Too crowded, both people and space. Had to wait 4 hours to go back to ER bed and …
The long wait wasn’t pleasant because it’s difficult to sit in regular chairs due to needing a hip replacement… however we were given an honest estimate of how long the overall process would take and they only exceeded it by a few minutes …
I have always had good experiences at Los Robles Regional Medical Center. In my most recent case, all the nurses in the outpatient surgery center I encountered were excellent. They include, Paige, Rosie, and Cathy (I have missed a few names …
Overall as a patient I had a pleasant experience. My doctors and surgeons did amazing. As well as most of the nurses, except for one nurse when I first arrived to my room after being in ICCU ( I believe that’s what it’s called) As a person …
I went to the ER on Sunday and spent several hours there before being admitted to the Hospital for 4 days. The care I received was absolutely amazing. I was a certified paramedic for 34 years and know what outstanding care is. The nurses …
Came in on a Tuesday morning. Got admitted right away. All the people were really very nice. Was taken in for my appointment right on time. Tom had me all ready to go. The post service was outstanding, and I thank Sam for all of her …
I was at the Rolling Oaks Surgical Hospital (TOSH), rather than the main hospital. The staff was great and always on the spot. Facilities are terrific. While there, I felt the care was excellent. My only improvement would be to have some …
I was impressed with the treatment I received from all of the staff.
I was seen by the Dr in the triage room, condition assessed, tests prescribed, registered, with tests (blood draw and CT Scan) administered very quickly and …
