I would like to say we have the very Best Utilities Company around. They are always friendly. And will always work with you on a bill if you call them.
I have been with LUB since 2011! They provide great customer service. I always get a prompt response from them, and their customer service staff is always responsive and thorough!

I have lived in this house since 2007. The small amount of times the power has gone out, they had it back on at the very most 1 hour , usually within 30mins.. Only 1 time longer from a reeeeally bad storm with lots of damage. Your linemen are awesome!
The issues I have with Loudon Utilities is their online account and billing services. It has a very outdated website that is barely functional on a phone. So the only way to fully use the website is by an actual computer, which I rarely get …

Our power goes off almost every week in the morning between 3 and 5 am. Never experienced this until I got Loudon Utility.
Had an outage this morning, on Good Friday no less, and they took care of it quick. I think they do a great job and I appreciate their hard work.
