I have had some rocky situations but they have have always been settled in a timely and polite manner. The last few transactions and inquiries have all been wonderful and professional.

I do not like your new online banking platform. I can no longer make payments on a loan the same way and had to pay a $10 fee to have a person help me with the payment. I understand that things change, but I all do all of my banking and bill paying on line. This system you switched to is by far the worse.
