I’ve been going here my whole life and have never had a problem. Dr. Chmiel is one of the best ENT’s in Louisville in my opinion. He put tubes in my ears twice as a kid and performed my tonsillectomy recently which I recovered from quite smoothly. I highly recommend Louisville Family ENT, especially Dr. Chmiel.
I actually like Dr Stanley Chimel but the staff there is completely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to go there! My son will not be back we’ll find another ear doctor. If the staff treated people nicely and like humans he would’ve stayed. What a pity.
Been fighting with fluid in my ears for a long time dr. Chimal came with a solution and didn’t give up until I could hear again. He is amazing and tells it like it is no sugar coating which is great in a doc. So thank you truly have changed my life.
