I had surgery by Dr Kuiper 17 years ago and he was fantastic do I went back to him for my current issue and once again it was an excellent experience.
Just one phone call was all it took to make me decide to never go there. Who ever worked at the reception desk this morning (roughly 9:50 on 8-2-17) was probably the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. I can’t imagine why anyone would want to go there for help after that.
They were great, very professional and pretty much run on time which is nice. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Smith, very thorough, very nice.

This was not my first time at this office. Have seen three surgeons there. Layout of the floor is crazy and easy to get confused when guided from room to room. Triage, weight and blood pressure, then back to waiting area is annoying.
My wife was seen by Melissa Parshall. She was quite rude. Basically told her to use ice. No other treatment until she can get an MRI, which is going to be a challenge since she is extremely claustrophobic.
Dr. Richardson is fantastic. A few years ago he repaired my left rotator cuff and it is at about 98%.
He recently did my right and I’m sure the outcome will be great
